The representative of Mato Grosso crowned Beleza do Brasil 2022

Nathalia dos Prazeres Anjos was crowned Beleza do Brasil 2022 during the pageant, took place on July 21, 2022 in Natal. The representative of Mato Grosso bested 30 women from different profiles to succeed Beleza do Brasil 2021, Hosana Gomes and will represent her country on the international stage. This was her first major contest she participated in and won. She won the Best Face and Grupo Hospedar (sponsor) awards too. “The most interesting thing about this contest is that it’s inclusive. Women of all ages participated, including trans women and it is very cool to notice this change and this understanding by contest organizers and brands. I, for one, am married and have a son which would be an impediment in other contests,” she said.

The 32-year-old pedagogue is a native of Rio de Janeiro, she married to a mato-grossense, has a son of 1 year and 10 months. She already considers herself a mato-grossense. In addition to being a pedagogue and flight attendant, she works as a catwalk and photography model.

Now, aftter winning this crown, she has a super schedule to fulfill. She participates in a meeting with the competition board to find out what the schedule is from now on, but already knows that it includes numerous trips.

2nd runner-up – Ana Clara Filizzola (Amazonas)
