The new Miss Earth Myanmar is…

Theint Zar Chi Nyunt was appointed as Miss Earth Myanmar 2021 by Miss Earth Myanmar organization. She succeeds Miss Earth Myanmar 2020 Amara Shune Lei and earned the right to represent her country at the upcoming edition of Miss Earth later this year.

The 24-year-old beauty queen is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Mandalay Technological University and currently manages at DUYA Bakery House.

She is not a newbie to the pageant industry, she was the winner of Miss Myanmar Mandalay Region 2018/

 Zat is passionate about environmental protection and wants to use the platform to promote and create awareness regarding air pollution. She termed air pollution as ‘silent killer’ of the mother earth and further explained that earth is now currently facing a lot of environmental concerns and air pollution is one of the biggest threats of the environment which needs the attention right now. “Air pollution has its effects on everyone including humans, animals, cities, forests, and aquatic ecosystem. It is an invisible killer for the creatures and has already caused millions of deaths”, she believes.

Theint feels that the platform of Miss Earth Myanmar will help her to reach to a massive audience and create awareness about the things that have been silently destroying or disrupting the environment. She wants to run campaigns on how one can control and reduce the silent killer of the planet and she has a mission to plant more trees in the future.
