Roshanara Ebrahim crowned Miss Universe Kenya 2021
Roshanara Ebrahim was crowned Miss Universe Kenya 2021 during the finals held October 31. Beating 9 other finalists, the 28-year-old succeeds Miss Universe Kenya 2019 Stacy Michuki, since the competition did not take place due to a pandemic in 2020 so that a representative from Kenya was not sent to the last edition of Miss Universe. She will represent the nation at the 70th Miss Universe competition in Eilat, Israel in December.

Ebrahim is a law degree graduate from the University of Nairobi. She is a mindfulness coach and a certified advanced level quantum healing and hypnosis (QHHT) practitioner. She is also the founder of Jade Rituals, an online store which deals in exclusive Nephrite Jade Products from British Colombia. Adding to a list of her achievements, Roshanara is the author of the book Beyond The Darkness – The strategic guide to the new earth. It is based on spirituality, self help and a happiness guide which elaborates on deep esoteric concepts with a touch of her life experiences.
Ebrahim’s win comes five years after she was dethroned as Miss World Kenya 2016 over alleged breach of code of conduct and contract.
