Poorani Rajoo appointed as Miss Intercontinental Malaysia

Poorani Rajoo was appointed Miss Intercontinental Malaysia 2021 by Miss Grand Malaysia Organization. This year, the pageant was held virtually the next week-end. She will represent Malaysia at the 49th edition of Miss Intercontinental 2021 pageant, to be scheduled to take place in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt on 29th October 2021,She succeeded Haaraneei Muthu Kumar Miss Intercontinental Malaysia 2019 for the title.

The Miss Grand Malaysia 2021 finalist finished among the Top 5 finalists and secured the third highest scores with a total of 71.8%. Hailing from Kuala Lumpur, 24 years-old Poorani’s selection is ideal as she carries the continental face and a perfect fit to carry the challenge at Miss Intercontinental 2021 in Egypt. She believes, “You can. You will. Have faith in yourself. The word “YOU” has power in it.” The diva thanked Miss Grand Malaysia organization fir the opportunity given to her and is looking forward to represent the country internationally.

She also recently thanked her followers for the abundant support as she wrote, “Thank you for accepting me as I am. There are no words that can express my thanks for you all. Once again thank you to all pageant community, family, friends and my team.”
