Pauline Ruiz crowned Miss Earth Colombia 2021

Paulina Ruiz has been appointed Miss Earth Colombia 2021 and will represent the South American nation at the 2021 Miss Earth pageant later this year.

The 26-year-old beauty queen is professional musician, actress and singer. She plays the piano and graduated from the Conservatoire de Bordeaux in France, where she lived for seven years. She speaks Spanish, English and French. She also graduated with honors from Centro de Educación Artística de Televisa in Mexico. She completed two master’s degrees, one of them in musical theater and the other in vocal coaching at Université de Toulouse.

As an environmental and social ambassador for her country, she wishes to promote the adoption of more sustainable lifestyles, reduce our carbon footprint and therefore the negative environmental impacts that we may cause. This is why she has been a vegetarian for more than 8 years, considering that, from our example, we can generate great changes that contribute to the care and protection of our natural resources.

No stranger to pageants, she was Miss Tourism World Colombia 2020-21. In 2019, she competed in Miss Earth Colombia representing Amacayacu and placed in the Top 8.
