Pham Tuan Ngoc was crowned Nam vương Thế giới Việt Nam 2024 (or Mr World Vietnam 2024) during the national contest, held on July 13, 2024 at the Nguyen Du Gymnasium in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The native from Hai Phong beat 28 other contestants to become the official representative of Vietnam at the next edition of Mr World, to be held in September 2024 in Binh Thuan, Vietnam.
With this title, the 25-year-old model received a cash reward of 200 million VND.
Born in 1999, Pham Tuan Ngoc is graduated from English Language, at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Economics, National Economics University.
He is not a newbie in pageantry. When he was a student, he won the title at a contest organized by the school, honored as a typical student. The new Mr World Vietnam has unique talents including hosting, martial arts, flute, playing guitar, drums, harp, sword dance, sword, taper. He has been working as a model for more than 5 years, having acted in advertisements for several brands.
In 2023, he competed in The Face Vietnam , winning the “Most Favorite Contestant” award.

In the top 5 Q&A section, Tuan Ngoc received a question from judge Do Thi Ha: “Using natural products contributes to environmental protection. What measures are needed to encourage and raise awareness of this problem?” Tuan Ngoc then responded bilingually: “The issue of environmental protection is concerned. One of the solutions to reduce global warming is to use environmentally friendly products. Before joining Mr World Vietnam, I had a headache and heatstroke while walking in Ho Chi Minh. City. I realize that global warming is the cause of this problem. When the adverse effects of global warming are directly affected, we are clearly aware of the need to protect the environment. So think that it is not only the government’s business, but everyone’s business, the business of all citizens. Use environmentally conscious protective products rather than non-degradable products. Additionally, turn off lights when not in use, join environmental protection groups.”
This year’s event was held under the directorship of Pham Kim Dung, founder and CEO of Sen Vang Entertainment. Mr World Vietnam launched in April, in order to find the representative of Vietnam for the next edition of Mr. World pageant. 29 contestants went through many sub-rounds such as sports, talent, fashion, and charity projects before entering the finals.
Mr World is one of the three major men’s playgrounds controlled by the Miss World Organization. The contest was first held in 1996, taking place annually, this year the program returns after a four-year hiatus. The reigning male king of the world – Jack Heslewood, of England – will award the title to his successor.
