Miss Universe Guatemala 2022 is Ivana Batchelor

Ivana Batchelor was crowned Miss Universe Guatemala 2022 by Dania Guevara Morfín Miss Universe Guatemala 2021, during an event, held on June 3, 2022, at the Centro Cultural Miguel Ángel Asturias in Guatemala City. The 21 year old from Quetzaltenango will represent Guatemala at the Miss Universe 2022 pageant later this year. Ivana couldn’t contain her joy when she was crowned. “I am very happy and grateful that I will be representing my country,” she said amidst the thunderous applause from the audience.“

Batchelor works as professional model and alsi as a translator in Spanish and English, because she is fluent for the two languages. Ivana is the co-founder of IB Model Agency, which manages and trains models. She is currently studying Communication Sciences

Batchelor has represented her country in several international pageant. As Miss Grand Guatemala 2020, she represented Guatemala at Miss Grand International 2020, where she placed second runner-up at Miss Grand International 2020 pageant, held in Thailand.
