Miss Supranational organization donates $5000 to two projects in Namibia

In the statement, Gerhard Parzutka von Lipinski, President of the Miss Supranational Organization, have announced that the Miss Supranational Organization pledged a donation of $5000 to two ‘From the Ground Up’ projects in Namibia after the team’s visit in October 2021.

When we visited Namibia last year, I was moved by the excellent work that was being done in Namibia by our reigning titleholder, Chanique Rabe. It was extremely special for us to see Chani’s dedication to empowering the youth of her country through the transfer of skills and the positive impact that it has had on the children and local communities,” Parzutka von Lipinski said.

The work that we saw at the Hope Village Orphanage in Windhoek and The Sijwa Project in the fareastern Zambezi Region, where Chanique has her Junior Sewing School with the help of African Monarch Lodges, is an example of our ‘From the Ground Up’ Community Service Initiative in its purest form. Before leaving Namibia last year, I decided to make this donation on behalf of the Miss Supranational Organization to support the work that is being done already,” Parzutka von Lipinski further explained.

Miss Supranational, Chanique Rabe, graduated as a fashion designer and her project is based on teaching the youth sewing skills. The Miss Supranational Team will be returning to Namibia at the end of March to visit the Hope Village Orphanage again. They will also be part of a very special community event at The Sijwa Project.
