Miss San Pedro Sula crowned Miss Universe Honduras 2022

Rebeca Rodriguez was crowned Miss Honduras Universo 2022 at the end of the pageant, held on June 30, 2022 during the Feria Juniana at the Plaza de las Banderas in San Pedro Sula. Miss San Pedro Sula bested 14 other candidates to win this crown and to succeed Miss Honduras Universo 2021, Rose Mélendez. She become the officiale representative of Honduras at the next edition of Miss Universe pageant, later this year.

The 20-years-old is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business and digital marketing.

The 2022 Miss Honduras Universo’s court includes

1st runner-up – Jaanay Watkis (Tegucigalpa)

2nd runner-up – Michelle Pineda (La Ceiba)
