Brazil wins Miss Petite International 2022

Ingrid Lorena Carioca was crowned Miss Petite International 2022 on October 8, 2022 in San Jose, El Salvador. The representative of Brazil beat 11 other candidates to succeed Miss Petite International 2021, Yannina Ruiz from Puerto Rico.

The 22 year-old native from Manaus-Amazonas works as model, but also she is student in journalism.  She is not a newbie to pageantry. She began in 2017 when she was crowned Miss Amazonas Teen. In 2020 she was crowned Miss Beleza do Amazonas and in 2021 she finished among the top 10 of the Concurso Belezas do Brasil. Early 2022, she was appointed as Miss Brasil Petite.

The 2022 Miss Petite International’s court includes

1st runner-up – Amanda Ramos (Puerto Rico)

2nd runner-up – Angelit Ares (Venezuela)
