Crown Up ! - International
And the first Miss International Queen Philippines is…
Fuschia Anne Ravena from Cebu City was crowned Miss International Queen Philippines 2022, took place on March 6, 2022, at the SMX Convention Center in Manila. Twenty-six trans women competed in the first-ever Miss International Queen Philippines pageant. She will represent the country in Miss International Queen in Pattaya, Thailand. During this final, she was also awarded as the Natural Kafreshness Best in Long Gown.
Ravena mesmerized the audience and the judges’ hearts making her clinched the said title by explicating her stand on the question, “If you will set foot in Miss International Queen in Pattaya, Thailand, what will be your message to everyone regarding what is happening in the world right now?”
The beauty queen answered, “Right now, we are experiencing hard times and if we’re given a chance to win Miss International Queen, the message that I will tell to the world is to stay strong and have faith in God because I always believe that we should be strong enough to handle this kind of situation and it is a very big opportunity for me to share to people to stay strong especially this trying times. I have been experiencing a lot through this year and this from pandemic, I stayed strong and stand because I know I have a purpose in this world. If I will be able to become Miss International Queen, I will tell to the world to have faith in God and stay strong.”
After winning, she went to Instagram to express her feelings and gratitude to all the people who are involved and played great roles in her journey. The past few weeks were difficult for her and only a few people know about this.

She struggled to keep her focus and despite the personal struggles she’s been going through, she was able to put up a good fight and smile. And eventually, she came home with the crown and title. Ravena also previously joined Super Sireyna in 2018 where she bagged the Queen of Garnet and the Super Costume awards.
Miss International Queen’s aim is to create awareness and equality for the LGBTQ and transgender people. The Philippines has won the Miss International Queen crown twice through Trixie Maristela in 2015 and Kevin Balot in 2012.
