And Miss Ireland 2022 is…

Ivanna McMahon was crowned Miss Ireland 2022 at the Royal Theatre in Castlebar, Mayo on August 21, 2022. Miss Munster bested 36 other finalists to succeed Miss Ireland 2021 Pamela Uba and to compete in the 72nd Miss World Pageant later this year. The 37 finalists this year were put through their paces in a challenging competitive process over the last three months testing their skills in debating, public speaking, talent, sports, modelling, social media and each finalist was tasked with raising much-needed awareness and funds for their chosen charities.

Mc Mahon is 27 years old from Barefield, Ennis, Co. Clare. She studied medicine at University College Cork, graduating in 2020, and is currently working as doctor in Tralee, Co Kerry.

Ivanna is a musician, moreover, last night, she amazed the guests with her spellbinding performance on the harp. She also loves the gym, walking on the beach and loves to travel.
