And Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2023 is…

2022 Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Marcelle LeBlanc has just crowned her successor at the end of Grand Finale today on August 12, 2022, in Landmark Ballroom Hyatt Regency Dallas, Texas, United States. Morgan Greco took this prestigious crown against 49 other state titleholders and has now earned $53,000 in scholarship money to put toward her education! Why only 50 candidates and not 51? Because Mallory Sublette, Miss Missouri’s Outstanding Teen 2022, couldn’t join the finals.

Greco, who competed as Miss Washington’s Outstanding Teen, is from Camas, a city near Vancouver, about 22 miles away from Portland, Oregon. She won the Preliminary Talent Award, during which she performed an operatic Vocal, “The Jewel Song” from Charles Gounod opera: Faust. She is Winner too.

Greco’s social impact initiative, Empowerment Starts with Me, encourages young women to empower themselves through self-defense programs. Morgan got nomination for Outstanding Work by a Performer in a Leading Role at the 5th Avenue Theatre Awards. Opera Singer Morgan is a Business Woman who holds State & International DECA ICDC Qualifier.

She tells about her talent: “As some of you may or may not know, my passion for sing opera began when I was 9 years old at my 4th Grade talent show at Prune Hill Elementary! I got the opportunity to speak to local classrooms about my journey with opera and WENT BACK to a Prune Hill Elementary to speak to their 4th and 5th grade classes! And it’s all thanks to Enspire Arts @enspirearts , an amazing nonprofit organization in Camas, WA dedicated to promoting youth in arts. Last year I was honored to become 1 of 5 Arts Ambassadors with Enspire Arts. After the interviewing process, I was awarded a $500 scholarship to continue my operatic performance career and speak to classroom across my community about my journey as a young performer. Thank you Enspire Arts, I will continue to promote your message of artistic express in our youth long after my year as an Arts Ambassador is over.“

Greco is a junior at Camas High School and is a student of Krav Maga, a military self-defense and fighting system developed in Israel during the 1950s.

Greco is not a newbie to pageantry. Last year she competed for WA State Teen title as Miss Clark County’s Outstanding Teen 2021 who emerged winner of preliminary Talent and Fitness awards.

The 2023 Miss America’s Outstanding Teen’s court includes:
