A Plus Size Model crowned 4th runner-up at Miss Earth USA 2022
Emma Loney – a Plus Size model – won the 4th runner -up title in the final of Miss Earth USA, on January 8th. She shared her joy on Instagram:

Shee was born in 1996, 1.65 meters tall and weighs over 100kg. Last year, she competed in Miss Earth USA, finishing in the top 12. This year’s participants continue to compete to find opportunities to enter the international beauty arena.
Emma Loney said she didn’t care about the criticisms of joining the beauty playground. Many people think that her overweight body is a sign of obesity and should not be celebrated. “There will always be people who say you’re not good enough. Then you have two choices: listen or prove them wrong. I choose the second way,” Loney wrote on Instagram.

The model also said she has always supported natural beauty, encouraging people to eat healthy, exercise and love their natural physique. She now runs a beauty brand in her hometown, and is a volunteer with the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA).
