Miss Universe Vietnam 2021 become Miss Supranational Vietnam 2022

Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen has been officially appointed Miss Supranational Vietnam 2022 and is all set to represent her country at the upcoming edition of Miss Supranational, to be held this summer in Poland. This news was confirmed by the beauty queen herself through her social media today. It’s the return of Vietnam at Miss Supranational after two years of hiatus.

Kim Duyen was born and raised in Can Tho in a purely agricultural family. After dropping out of the Southern Can Tho University in 2016, she graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Stamford Raffles University in 2019 from Singapore.

She is not a newbie to the pageantry, Kim’s first beauty pageant was Miss Aodai Vietnam 2014 where she placed in Top 12. Two years later, she won the crown of Miss Elegance Student at Southern Can Tho University in 2016 while placing in Top 30 contestants competed in coronation night of Miss Vietnam 2016. She won 1st runner-up at Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 at the Crown Convention Center in Nha Trang, Vietnam. Due to the postpoment of Miss Vietnam 2021, Kim Duyên became Miss Universe Vietnam 2021. She went on to represent Vietnam at Miss Universe 2021 in Eilat, Israel where she placed in the Top 16 with her excellent performance.
