Chelsea Martina Mituy crowned Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2021

Chelsea Martina Mituy, the representative of Ebibeyin, was crowned Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2021 in a virtual gala held October 30. She succeeds Miss Guinea Equatorial 2019 Serafina Nchama Eyene to the title and won the opportunity to represent the nation at the 70th Miss Universe competition in Eilat, Israel in December.

“Today has been a magnificent day because of the surprise that I have had, despite being unexpected, I have had cries of joy and a huge smile that nobody can take away from me,” Mituy posted on Instragram.

The 19-year-old beauty queen  comes from Ebibeyin. She is student currently.

Also crowned in the event was Miss Internacional Guinea Ecuatorial 2021 Victoria Kalu Gerona. She is expected to compete at the 60th Miss International beauty pageant. She succeeds Miss International Equatorial Guinea 2019 Arcenia Chanque Bosepe to this title.

Estrella Mendez Mbuña finished as first runner-up.
