Ngin Marady is the new Miss Universe Cambodia

Ngin Marady (ងិន​ ម៉ារ៉ាឌី) was crowned Miss Universe Cambodia 2021 at the end of the finals, held on October 28, 2021 in Phnom Penh. Beating 18 other candidates, she succeeds Miss Universe Cambodia 2020  Reth Sarita for this crown and earns the opportunity to represent her country at the upcoming edition of Miss Universe, to be held in December in Eilat (Israel).

The 22-year-old beauty queen works as model and lives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As an LGBTQ ally, she is using her platform to campaign against the discrimination against the LGBTQ community.

The 2021 Miss Universe Cambodia’s court includes Neth Son (កូនខ្មែរក្រោម) and Margareth Sim Pich Charne (ម៉ាហ្គារ៉ែតសុីម ពេជ្រចរណែ) as first and second runners-up, respectively.
